McDonald's gift with purchase when you buy a gift card

Another freebie if you will.  I like to call these gifts with purchases.  Right now at McDonald's when you buy a $10 gift card, you'll get a free wrap and soft drink.  If you buy a $20 gift card you'll get a Big Mac and a soft drink.
